Welcome to Parent Dome where our mission is primarily focused on Protecting Children in an Internet Connected Life.  Yet, the same need for children exists for parents regarding Privacy, Security and Safety.

Our vision is to be the single destination for parents to answer questions, obtain strategies, tools and resources in support of a child safe internet experience.  While addressing the countless risks prevalent on the internet, we focus on three core areas:

Founders Story:

Mr. Ryan Miller during numerous presentations shares how at a young age he suffered a trauma at the hands of a predator.  This trauma formed in him a desire and passion to protect children from similar bad events.  Over the years, through his various professions, this desire increased and he offered support to families and children on an individual basis when threats centered around technology.  Mr. Miller began investigating how to protect his own family when a few years ago, a trauma penetrated his security defense.  

Rallying friends and family around how to first "catch the predator" it became a catalyst for a more aggressive approach.  Mr. Miller began a detailed investigation and research phase, exploring and identifying as many threat points as possible.  Once identifying the threats he built the strategies, processes and controls to create barriers of protection against these threats.  This wound up being a data repository with volumes of information.  But a couple of big pieces were missing.

Mr. Miller engaged in countless interviews with parents and children to find out what levels of protection were currently being provided.  Identify what kind of threats the children were experiencing.  Find out where parents went for support.  This transitioned from small private interviews to large group presentations with lengthy Question and Answer Sessions.

After Mr. Millers presentations, the question and answer flowed over into a line of parents asking specific questions around all types of situations.  Each situation required an answer, but it was not possible to give everyone the time and attention they needed.  Particularly with such an important issue.

Parent Dome emerged as the method to take the countless issues regarding how to protect children on the internet and make it accessible to parents.  Through much trial and error, arriving at an educational format was in direct response to parents and clients wants, needs and desires.
